Volunteers are required to assist with the running of the 2026 Rotary Art Show
With the Art show now open for an extended period the Gallery staff are taking on more of the supervision role.
We have suggested the following structure with the Gallery:
A Rotary desk will be at the entrance to the exhibition and will be occupied for a couple of hours (negotiable) each day. (Suggesting from 11 am to 1 pm)

Volunteer Rotarians are required for opening days as per the online list (Mobilong / Murray Bridge alternately).

Duty Statements
All sales inquiries to be referred to Gallery staff.
Rotarian provides a greeting and welcome, identify the Rotary community service, offer a catalogue & suggest involvement in Peoples’ choice ($1 per vote).
Presence up to two hours on rostered days.
Please wear a Rotary badge or jacket and identify yourself at the Gallery desk on arrival and departure.
With small number of days some Rotarians may choose to double up at the desk. Thank you for your offer to present Rotary to our visitors.
